MAGGIE NELSEN
Coach & Founder
Maggie Nelsen's passion for movement has been a part of her life for years. She's played a multitude of sports growing up, but settled into a high-level collegiate rugby career and was named an NSCRO All-American. Maggie continues to play but is now dedicated to her love of training and working with athletes.
Her goal is to share her knowledge of exercise science with her clients, enabling them to reach and surpass their goals. She works extensively with athletes wanting to improve their sport-related performance, individuals recovering from sports injuries, adaptive athletes looking to develop training programs in an inclusive space, and postpartum women wanting to begin safely exercising again.

She focuses on athlete education during every session because she firmly believes that by building both autonomy and comfort in the gym, you are able to create a more functional life outside it.
