WEEKLY PROGRAM CLASS
DESCRIPTION
This class is for JH Indoor members using the JH Indoor Track. You'll be able to work on movement technique, learn how to progress weights and intensity from week to week, and meet people training on the same program.

Summer schedules can be challenging! As long as you’re able to attend at least 6 weeks, you’ll still see significant improvements in speed and agility performance.
Turf shoes or cleats, sunscreen, and water.
If spots fill up, an additional session will be offered on Mondays & Thursdays from 2:30–4:00 PM.
To provide the best coaching experience for each athlete, group sizes need to remain consistent across all sessions.
In addition to field sports, athletes from ski racing, Nordic, and freeride disciplines will benefit from agility training. The ability to produce force rapidly is essential across athletics, and learning to load and land safely plays a major role in injury prevention.
This camp is designed for athletes who are rising freshmen through seniors.
